US Military ‘Heat Beam’ Non-Lethal Weapon

“I’ve always been fascinated by Non-lethal weapons. These are typically used to break up large crowds / riots. This is an interesting one because it has a range of 500m, and would really suck to be exposed to” – Ben
- Called “The Active Denial System” (ADS)
- Fires an electromagnetic bean at 95 Gigahertz into unruly crowds
- Effect feels like “being exposed to a blast furnace, with a sting added in for good measure” – your first instinct when exposed is to run.
- Has a functional range of 1,640ft (500m).
- Similar to a microwave, but beam only penetrates 1/64th of an inch (which is 0.3969mm) – so barely deep at all.

Meet Logan Warren, a man with a simple aim – to waste his Starbucks Gift card creating the most unholy and expensive Starbucks drink possible. I’m happy to hear that a barista laughed and helped him create it.
The drink:
- One Java Chip Frappuccino (Trenta Size / 31 ounce cup / 916mL for Aussies)
- 16 Shots of Espresso – cuz double shots are for pussys
- A shot of Soy Milk – to be healthy yo
- Caramel Flavouring
- Banana Puree
- Strawberry Puree
- Vanilla Beans
- Matcha Powder – I don’t even know what this is
